Tomorrow begins the start of something new, which I'm extremely excited about, as I will embark on a 60 day journey to a better and stronger me with Chalene Johnson's PiYo. This program promises to be a new fun challenge and transform my body in a way I never thought possible. And all LOW impact, which is perfect since I seem to have somehow managed to injure my knee. To help me stay accountable and motivated in addition to my challenge group, I'll post daily here so you can keep tabs on me and my progress. I'll interject some humor from time to time, photos, and updated stats....I hope to keep you entertained and inspired. :)
Some of today's preparation included taking my initial measurements and determining my daily calorie target....which is surprisingly 1670 calories/day! I just hope I can eat that much!
