Oh My Buns!

Wow! What a weekend! Kicked off Friday afternoon/night celebrating an amazing couple. The wedding could not have been more them or more fun. Chris and I both agree that it was the best wedding we have been too. Of course there was lots of alcohol consumption and bad eating, but I will not allow myself to have any regrets. That's one thing that I'm 'starting' to learn, the past is the past and you need to let go. Tomorrow is another day and move forward with making better decisions. Now, did I make good decisions the rest of the weekend...no, and that I will beat myself up about...but only a little. The problem is, that I can do really well during the week, but then screw it up on the weekend. Willpower just seems to go out the window. This is something that I need to change, because I know that if I don't I also won't get the results I want either. If you want it, you need to work for it.

Week 3 and time to turn it around. There's a couple new workouts in the rotation now, tonight's newbie was Buns. Wow...just wow. You want an amazing lower body workout, you need to try this. I will be sore tomorrow, but I'm not complaining.

Tonight's entry is short, but I'm still recovering from the weekend and am exhausted. Time to prep tomorrow's lunch, shower and bed.
